Dr. Hudson served in his community. He was active by serving on many committees with others to help make a difference. The Dr. J. Blaine Hudson Foundation, Inc. was developed to continue his legacy of hopes and dreams through the people of our community for many years to come.
Dr. Hudson's passion was teaching history. He believed that education gave people power. History isn't being taught effectively within our community like it should. Dr. Hudson taught weekly at the Saturday Academy which provided a history lesson and so much more.
